LAPP-PRO est un collectif d’artistes maîtrisant parfaitement la technique du light painting. JanLeonardo WOELLERT et Joerg MIEDZADE sont deux des photographes les plus prestigieux du light painting.
Les deux artistes allemands de « Performance Light Art Performance Photography Pro. » (LAPP-PRO), ont débuté à l’été 2007 dans un complexe industriel de Brême, ville natale de Janleonardo. Après de nombreuses nuits de travail, des résultats frustrants, et des problèmes avec la police, LAPP-PRO a finalement trouvé le chemin vers la lumière!
Les emplacements doivent répondre à certaines exigences, avoir un historique. Parfois accompagné par un public qui les suit depuis plusieurs années et en musique, il y a pendant les séances nocturnes une ambiance magique et étrange.Une fois qu’ils ont décidé du lieu, ils composent les plans lumineux sur papier et pensent aux matériel qu’ils vont utiliser. Lampes de poche, lasers,machines à fumée, feux d’artifice et autres matériels conçus et construits par le duo.
